It is theorized that Welstar travels around the Sun (known to some as the Great Orb), rather than the sun traveling around Welstar. The Great Orb travels once around Welstar every 365 days visiting the twelve Lairs of the Zodiac in an appointed round, which never varies. The moon of Welstar is called Ambrosia. It waxes and wanes in alternating cycles of 30 and 31 days, upon which the months are based.
