Quetzalcoatl, the dragon-god, is the god of knowledge. As a celestial dragon, he controls the waters of the sky, and children are often sacrificed to him by drowning. He appears as a bearded man dressed in black, wearing a red mask with a beak. He often carries a scepter studded with star-like jewels to symbolize his connection with the sky.

Quetzalcoatl engaged in a great struggle with Tezcatlipoca, and for a time both deities were sad to be in battle during a time of many earthquakes. During this time the Lithonians fell to infighting and the Keystone Empire was left relatively unharmed.

Since then, both Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca have been spotted, together, and a bloody war has been declared on the Keystone Empire.
